Vacuum pump filter
Generally refers to the exhaust filter, oil mist filter, oil mist separation filter element.

Oil mist separator is mainly used to separate air and oil mist particles. It is a kind of filter consumable material commonly used in oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pump.

Precautions for use:
Check when vacuum pump is running:
1. Use the pressure gauge of the oil mist separator of the vacuum pump to check whether it is blocked. If the reading of the pressure gauge is in the red area, it indicates that the oil mist separator is blocked and must be replaced. If there is no pressure gauge for the oil mist separator, the resistance of the oil mist separator is measured by the change of the current of the driving motor. If the current consumed by the driving motor or the flow of the vacuum pump decreases, it indicates that the oil mist separator is blocked and must be replaced.
If the pressure gauge of the vacuum pump oil mist separator indicates a lower pressure than usual, or the driving motor consumes less current than usual, the reason is that one of the oil mist separator is damaged and the oil mist separator needs to be replaced.
If the discharged gas contains oil, the oil mist separator should be replaced because it is blocked or damaged.
The oil mist separator of the vacuum pump cannot be completely cleaned. The clogged oil mist separator must be replaced.
Before replacing the oil mist separator of the vacuum pump, close the vacuum pump and cut off the power supply to ensure that the vacuum pump is fully ventilated with atmospheric pressure. Open the exhaust port cover from the oil tank, remove the exhaust filter using a special wrench, and install the open end of the new oil mist separator equipped with a sealing ring in the correct position in the oil tank.
