Description:

This filter is suitable for liquid-liquid separation of non-melting mixtures, such as liquid water.
The coalescing filter adopts a specially designed filter layer, which utilizes the affinity of the surface of the material to the medium. When the medium flows through the filter layer, the particles of the coalescing medium are adsorbed on the surface of the fiber, and the tiny particles of the dispersed phase interact to collect and form more large droplets.
Coalescers are divided into: liquid-liquid and gas-liquid. Since the separation filter element is composed of hydrophobic materials, only water-free oil is allowed to pass through, while hydrophilic droplets are blocked and set at the bottom of the system through the filter under the action of gravity , the oil and the hydrophilic liquid flow out through the heterogeneous phase, realizing heterogeneous phase separation. Separation is the separation of oil and water.
